Founder & Director of Dialogue Up
Natasha is a daughter, sister, aunt, partner, friend, and community member who is committed to seeing the humanity in everyone. She is the daughter of Joe & Claudia, and the Granddaughter of Patricia. While her more formal mentorship into Restorative Practices came from Monika Audette and the late Alice Lynch, she equates much of her upbringing to have been the greatest teacher of how she manifests a restorative & healing mindset, particularly how her Grandmother interacted with the world around her.
In addition, her upbringing highlighted a desire to uncover social injustice. As she explored the world around her, traveling abroad and completing her undergraduate studies in Sociology, she drew closer to her desire to unpack the ways White Supremacy culture showed up in her, and all of the institutions around her.
